Joseph Spallino, Salesperson, was very polite and knowledgeable about all the products. He was so knowledgeable that I put my trust in him and upgraded my hand control system and I'm over the moon glad I did. Service technician Jason Morelli is hands-down the BEST! Not only did he offer to make a house visit the same day, but he walked me through each diagnostic test he performed on my father’s VA-supplied scooter. He tested charging voltage of the charger, voltage after surface charge removed of the old and new batteries, checked continuity in the system, and voltage drop under load. He didn’t talk down to me and patiently answered all my questions about charging the scooter, aftermarket chargers, and the scooter’s batteries. He did what a different mobility company in Vegas has failed to do time and time again. He actually fixed the scooter!! Jason was so personable, pleasant, and came prepared with all the equipment he needed to complete the repair then and there! It’s a huge relief knowing that the scooter won’t break down again at a medical appointment … so glad that I won’t have to push my father and the scooter in free-wheel mode back to the van during a heatwave again. If you have any mobility needs, United Access is definitely the place to call!

We have had a wonderful pleasure renting with Ability Center since March 2019. All the staff is professional and very nice and thoughtful and Charmaine is our RockStar! She always makes me feel so valued when we call for rentals with great conversation and mainly remembering my name and they have better rental pricing than other places... we checked. So now that we’ve officially moved to Vegas this past June it’s time to purchase a van for my brother and working with Bob has been great, keeping us up to date to locate us a good van at a good price, waiting for it to arrive this week and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else but Ability Center. Being a Polio survivor from the 1950s I have dealt with many handicap accessible companies, and Las Vegas Ability Center blows them all away! They have been my go to for years for hand controls, power chair and truck and trailer lifts. Now we recently purchased a conversion van and eye level power chair which totally gave me my independence back! 👏 They meet all your needs and have the very best top notch staff which includes everyone in the office and the whole service department! Everyone is great at working to find out and getting you just what you need and then taking the time to make it work to fit your individual needs! You don’t always find this kind of care and knowledge!! And we are totally blessed by having this staff!!💖 If you have a physical disability need, Ability Center of Las Vegas is the best you can get!!
